- Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes
- Dissolve gelatin with half of the milk which has been scalded.
- Add sugar.
- Add remaining milk and stir until it starts to thicken slightly.
- Fold in the whipped cream (not too stiff) and add vanilla.. Have a large mold ready, making sure that it is wet and cold.
- Refrigerate
- Unmold and serve with sliced strawberries.
- You can prepare half of the amount for a smaller mold.
