• 1/2 lb of sweet butter
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • Rind of 1 lemon or orange
  • 3 1/2 cups of PRESTO self-rising flour
  • Cream butter, sugar, yogurt, and rind together.
  • Add a little flour and 1 egg and so on until all eggs and flour is used.
  • Pour batter into a well greased and floured form pan.
  • Bake in a slow oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Cool on rack and powder lightly with confectioner’s sugar.
  • Delicious served with strawberries.
