  •  2 lbs. of chopped beed
  • 1/2 cup of break crumbs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • A little parsley and mint
  • A little olive oil
  • Some shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Mix well with enough water to soften the bread crumbs.
  • Make into meat balls. Roll in flour and fry in olive oil.in oven. Then roll in paper towels.
  • I broil them.
