• 1/2 lb. of cleaned shrimp
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (optional)
  • Place onion in small amount of water and cook until soft ,or saute in small amount of olive oil.
  • Add tomato sauce, rice and 1 3/4 cups of water.( I use one jar of clam juice and additional water. )
  • Bring to boil, lower flame, and cover.
  • Cook for 15 minutes and
    add shrimp, cooking for 5 more minutes.
