- Cream butter, sugar, yogurt, and rind together.
- Add a little flour and 1 egg and so on until all eggs and flour is used.
- Pour batter into a well greased and floured form pan.
- Bake in a slow oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Cool on rack and powder lightly with confectioner’s sugar.
- Delicious served with strawberries.
